All ONE TAB BOSS purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and refund transactions on our behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • The purchased feature or item did not work as described.
  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge).
  • You are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase.

3. What Can Be Refunded

  • Premium Pass — Full refund within 14 days.
  • Coin Packs — Full refund within 14 days, provided coins have not been spent. If coins have been partially spent, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Skin Packs — Full refund within 14 days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
