By installing, accessing, or using the ONE TAB BOSS Chrome extension ("the Extension") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

ONE TAB BOSS is a Chrome browser extension that replaces your new tab page with a typing game. Players type words to defeat bosses, earn experience points and coins, and compete on a global leaderboard. The base game is free, with optional premium features and in-game purchases available.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Extension. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to make any purchases.

• No account registration is required to play the base game.
• Game progress is stored locally in your browser and may be synced to our servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and device.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

• All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes as calculated by Lemon Squeezy.
• By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
• All purchases are for digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• Premium features and purchased items are tied to your device/browser and may be restored via cloud sync.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or any unauthorized third-party software to manipulate gameplay, scores, or the leaderboard.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Extension's servers or networks.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries and revoke access for users found to be cheating or abusing the service.

All content in the Extension — including but not limited to game design, graphics, sounds, text, and code — is the property of ONE TAB BOSS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE TAB BOSS and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
